  • Wapping Group Practice: Update For Patients

You probably know that we are a large Practice, with more than 10000 patients, with a team of doctors, nurses, health care assistants, receptionists, administrators, medical secretary and Practice Manager.

2017 was a very difficult year for the Practice, and the loyalty of our staff was strained and tested, due to both internal and external pressures. However, 2018 has been a positive year so far. We have now appointed two new doctors and the first of two new receptionists.

The welfare of our patients is paramount to the Practice and we deeply value your association with us. The dedication of our team is invaluable; better staffing and other planning initiatives give us the opportunity to further improve morale and efficiency, placing us in a strong position to meet future challenges with confidence.
