Safe East supports young people to take control of their health & wellbeing and make safer, healthier choices relating to substance use & sexual health. They are a CQC registered service.
The client group is
-Substance use support under 19-year old’s who live or study in the borough
-Substance use support up to 25 years for those who are in the care system or have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
-Sexual health up to 25 years who live or study in the borough.
Compass begins delivering the Tower Hamlets School Health Service from 1st April 2025.
Compass is a national health and wellbeing charity and an experienced provider of School Nursing Services.
